US EXPO will provide complete material handling service. Instructions, price list and labels will be included in the Exhibitor Service Manual. US EXPO will receive freight at their warehouse (advanced shipments) and at show site (direct shipments), deliver freight to booths during US EXPO move-in, store empty containers during the show, and return empty containers to each booth at close of show. Bills of lading and shipping labels will be provided to exhibitors at the US EXPO service desk during scheduled move-in and move-out times. Once containers have been repacked and labeled we will load shipments onto outbound carriers. Shipments may begin to arrive at the advance warehouse (address to be provided in service manual) on Tuesday, July 6, 2010 through Monday, August 2, 2010 at noon. Advance Material Handling rates start at $69.00 per 100lbs with a 200 lbs minimum charge. Direct shipments may begin to arrive on Tuesday, August 3, 2010 and Direct Material Handling rates start at $59.00 per 100 lbs with a 200 lbs minimum charge. Forced freight – Exhibitors must make arrangements with US EXPO for their outbound freight. Any freight left on the floor will either be forced with another carrier, or returned to the US EXPO warehouse, truck space permitting, for a fee. Either action will be at the exhibitor’s sole expense. This information is outlined in our exhibitor service manual. Further info from US expo will be mailed in early June www.usxpo.com Cart ServiceUS EXPO will have a designated area at the loading dock for US EXPO to unload your personal vehicle (car or van), and deliver to your booth for a $45 fee. This fee is per cartload.
