Sedona Tour
A day trip for shopping and lunch. Often called “Red Rock Country” Sedona is a four seasons playground for everyone – whether you’re into history and archaeology; arts and culture; power shopping or an off-road adventure in a Jeep; imagine doing all this in a backdrop of some of the most spectacular scenery in the world.
Sedona Pink Jeep Tour
The Pink Jeep Tour is a whole new way to experience Sedona. Strap yourself in and enjoy the beautiful scenery up close and personal from a Pink Jeep. This off-road 4x4 tour named “Broken Arrow” will take you through some of the more remote areas of red rock country. You will explore the rugged beauty and awe-inspiring rock formations of the area in this unique tour.
Pima Air and Space Museum
If you like to wander through aircraft museums, then you will love the Pima Air and Space Museum! With over 300 aircraft on display, it is one of the largest air museums in the world. Although most of the aircraft are displayed outside, the museum now has 5 hangars which house some of the more valuable aircraft. There are several rare and one-of-a-kind aircraft on display, along with many historically significant aircraft such as John F. Kennedy’s Air Force One. The 390th Bombardment Group Memorial Museum is also in one of the hangars with a great display of memorabilia and a beautifully restored B-17.
The museum is also the start of the Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG) tour. Known as the Boneyard, this collection of aircraft is across the street at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. On this 1½ tour you will be transported by air-conditioned bus along rows and rows of mothballed aircraft.
Luke Air Force Base
Get up close and personal with an F-16C on the flight line at Luke Air Force Base. Since the early 1940’s, Luke Air Force Base has been one of the main training bases for fighter pilots in the USAF.
