| Where is the hotel? |
The convention hotel will be the Hyatt Regency in downtown Phoenix, the same as in 2004 |
How much is the hotel?

$108 per night. Rate is available August 3nd through August 7th. |
How much is the banquet?
|
The banquet is $53 per person. More details will be available on the banquet page soon. |
Will the banquet be a plated meal or a buffet?
|
The meal will be an Italian buffett. More details will be available on the banquet page soon.

How much is parking?
|
Guests registered at the Hyatt get FREE parking. Other lots in the area range from $10 per day and up, with higher fees if there is an event downtown like a baseball game.

| Does the hotel have a courtesy shuttle from the airport? |
NO, but you can book a ride from the airport with SuperShuttle.com for about $12. |
How else can I get to the hotel from the airport?

Phoenix has a new light rail system that will get you within two blocks of the hotel. A shuttle bus runs from the airport to a rail station just off the airport. |
| Where is the convention venue? |
If you remember the big hole in the ground across the street from the Hyatt in 2004, 2010 will be in the newly constructed Phoenix Convention Center that replaced that hole. |
| How far is convention venue from the hotel? |
The convention center is less than 100 feet from the front entrance of the Hyatt. |
| Is there carpet in the model room? |
NO! The event was moved to the lower level of the Phoenix Convention Center. This gave us more room, but no carpet. |
| Will Dragon Expo be there? |
Unless they made arrangements we don't know about, no, Dragon Expo won't be in Phoenix |
| What will the tours be? |

| What can my spouse/family/kids do during the convention? |
Just a few ideas are, Wet 'n Wild, the Arizona Science Center, Rawhide, the Phoenix Zoo, the Phoenix Art Museum, Castles and Coasters, various museums, shopping malls, outlet stores, etc.. |
| Will there be power available in the contest room? |
Power will be available in the contest room. We need to know approximately what category the entry will be in so that we can arrange power.

| Will there be power available in the vendor room? |
Yes. Power drops are $125.

| Will there be internet / WiFi access in the vendor room? |
Internet/WiFi will be available but will have to be contracted with the PCC by the user on an individual basis.

| I bought a lot of stuff in the vendor room. How can I ship it home? |
There is a UPS store in the lobby of the Convention Center and a UPS store in the lobby of the Hyatt.

You will have to wait for the show to find that out. |
| Where is the closest ATM/bank? |
There is an ATM in the lobby of the Convention Center and an ATM in the lobby of the Hyatt. The nearest bank is at the Chase building two blocks from the hotel. |
| Can I use a credit card to pay my registration the day of the convention? |
No, but we gladly accept checks and cash at the door. |
